xxpayus provides USD payment infrastructure services for digital merchants and platform operators, including but not limited to:

  • Payment link generation and management
  • USD fund collection and settlement
  • Same-day (D0) settlement processing
  • Fund withdrawal to USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Cash App, Chime, and Zelle
  • Merchant and agent account management
  • Real-time payment notifications via Telegram

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
  • Not be subject to any sanctions or prohibited persons lists
  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account by contacting our team via Telegram or email. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.

4. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure is provided to you during the account onboarding process and is subject to the specific agreement between you and xxpayus. Fees may include:

  • Transaction processing fees
  • Withdrawal fees
  • Account maintenance fees (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of our services after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:

  • Any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmitting harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our services
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage our reputation or the reputation of our partners

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Settlement and Withdrawals

xxpayus offers same-day (D0) settlement for qualifying transactions. Settlement timelines are subject to:

  • Successful transaction verification
  • Compliance with our risk management policies
  • Availability of the chosen withdrawal method
  • Any applicable regulatory requirements

We reserve the right to delay or withhold settlement if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the xxpayus website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of xxpayus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xxpayus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xxpayus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, any outstanding funds will be settled in accordance with our standard procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
